As a former Division 1 athlete, Bret entered the fitness industry over 12 years ago in Wichita, KS. There, he initiated the strength and conditioning program at Sunrise Christian Academy, which has since produced over 100 Division 1 athletes. He takes pleasure in working with individuals of all ages, viewing training and fitness as a means to boost self-confidence and enhance overall health. With experience across various lifestyles, from professional athletes to those with sedentary 9-5 jobs, he effectively uses his knowledge to connect with everyone. Bret incorporates a significant amount of corrective exercise into his training approach, recognizing the importance of moving better and living pain-free.
